Deposits:
Upon the setting of an appointment a deposit in the amount of the Service Call Charge will be invoiced.
Cancellations:
To avoid loss of deposit, cancellations must be made by confirmed response by phone. Cancellations must be confirmed 24 hrs prior.
Prepartions by Owner:
Please have a quilt sandwich of approximately 12x12 for testing tensions after repair and timing complete.
a Fat Quarter size quilt sandwich will be needed for a Sweet Sixteen Quilting Lesson.
Business Hours:
9 am to 4:00 pm Monday thorugh Friday.
After hour bookings and Saturdays will be charged an additional 20%. Please call for availability and cost.
